Power Wash
The entire exterior is power washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Surface Prep
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.

Paint
Based on your proposal, the house is primed and Porter quality paint is applied.

Clean
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored.

Inspect
You are invited to inspect our work and Dave will follow-up to make sure the job was completed to your satisfactory.
